Service terms

1. Fees: Private-company projects below SGD 1,500 require full payment on confirmation; projects above SGD 1,500 require a 50% deposit before work starts.
2. Institutional clients: NGOs, schools, tertiary institutions, government departments and listed companies may confirm by signing and stamping the quotation / agreement, without an advance deposit. Payment is due within 30 days of project completion or 3 months of signing, whichever is earlier.
3. Revisions: Unlimited revisions within 14 days of the first draft (all requests must be submitted during this period), or a fixed allowance of 3 rounds. Submit feedback through the feedback system; each round takes approximately 1–3 working days. Minor final-file adjustments after the revision period cost SGD 60 per revision.
4. Copyright and archiving: Copyright in the final design transfers to the client after full payment. Design files are retained for 3 months after project completion.
5. Print colour: Materials, paper and printing equipment affect the final colour. A 2–8% colour variation is normal and is not a quality defect.
6. After-sales: Quality issues require sufficient evidence. A free reprint may be arranged; other costs, such as delivery, are excluded. Refunds and order cancellations are not accepted; the remedy is reprinting.
7. Late payment: We may suspend services if payment is overdue. An additional 3% fee applies each month.
8. Content restrictions: We may refuse or terminate projects involving unlawful, infringing, hateful, discriminatory, sexual, gambling, fraudulent or other content we reasonably consider inappropriate. Work will stop; completed work remains chargeable and the client bears legal responsibility.
9. Automatically generated documents: Parts of quotations / invoices are generated by an AI system. We reserve the right to correct pricing, specifications or calculations and to revise quotations / invoices. Our formally confirmed version prevails.
10. We reserve the right to decline projects involving religious or political content, or false or misleading information.
